Horizons Counseling Services mission is to provide professional
counseling services in a confidential setting, through the use
of proven and effective strategies to improve the mental health
of persons experiencing life changing situations that impact their
well being and who are dissatisfied with unproductive approaches
to resolving problems. Unlike other counseling professionals we
offer the opportunity to transcend the fear of truth and make
referrals to reputable support service providers.
